The winner of the recent Digicel d’Music Las Vegas competition has been selected, with Shannon Wolffe from Devonshire announced as the lucky winner. He will be taking his mother Marion with him to Las Vegas later this week where they will receive VIP treatment including a stay in a five-star hotel, a limousine to the Latin Grammy Awards and access to the after-party.
